Pacto Medical Closes Oversubscribed Seed Round and is Awarded US Utility Patent for Novel Compact Prefilled Syringe Technology

Burlington, VT - Pacto Medical is pleased to announce the successful closing of an oversubscribed seed funding round and the awarding of a US Utility Patent for its innovative compact prefilled syringe technology. These milestones represent significant progress in advancing the commercialization of Pacto Medical's novel prefilled syringe solutions and accelerating the company's mission to improve patient care, health equity, healthcare access and affordability, and sustainability.

Seed Round Completed

The oversubscribed seed round attracted strong interest from investors with backgrounds in healthcare, medtech, pharmaceutical, and social impact sectors. The funding will enable the company to scale its team, form new partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, syringe manufacturers, distributors, and more and accelerate market entry for its compact prefilled syringe platform.

Utility Patent Awarded

In parallel, Pacto Medical has been awarded a US Utility Patent (US Patent Number 12,440,623 B2) for its proprietary compact prefilled syringe design. This patent protection strengthens the company's intellectual property portfolio and validates the novelty of its approach to addressing challenges in injectable drug delivery.
