About the Team
Pacto Medical was founded in March 2023 to solve problems that Ian Speers experienced as an EMT and medical logistician in low-resource settings, where he witnessed firsthand the critical importance of having the right medical supplies at the right place, time, price, and quantity.
The founders combined their diverse expertise in emergency medicine, human-centered design, mechanical engineering, and medical logistics to create practical solutions that make drug delivery safer and more affordable.

Their first innovation was a patent-pending prefilled syringe technology that reduces packaging volume by 40%, dramatically lowering supply chain costs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and precision in medication delivery.
Pacto Medical creates innovative medical devices and supplies that address overlooked and complex medical logistics and healthcare challenges. Through our products, we seek to expand access to healthcare, reduce environmental impacts, save costs, and improve the well-being of communities.
